Who are Neon Rodeo?
Neon Rodeo is a fast-rising, exciting UK based country music band, with a ✨difference✨.
Fronted by drag queen Amber Sands, Neon Rodeo serves classic Americana with a healthy helping of glam, backed by a four-piece live band.
We’re on a mission to make country gay again! 🏳️🌈
Neon Rodeo are more than just a country & Western covers band (but if you want that, we’ve got you covered!). We also write, release and perform our own country-inspired music, give us a listen!
Not content with just one genre, we pull inspiration from different icons of music, including Dolly Parton, Kacey Musgraves, Glenn Cambell, and Shania Twain, as well as pop influences from Britney Spears, Amy MacDonald and Paramore, to name a few.
Known for our high energy and sense of fun, we’ve played venues across the UK’s South Coast, including upcoming Brighton Pride in 2026, Folklore Rooms, Sunset Sessions, Lewes Depot, Revolution Brighton.
